A discounted rate is offered to those residing within the Area of Benefit - Bourton, Queen Oak, West Bourton and Chaffeymoor.

The hire fee for the Main Hall and Meeting Room generally includes
- tables and chairs
- kitchen facilities, crockery, cutlery, glassware
- Wi-Fi
- coloured up and down mood lighting
- Bluetooth connection and speaker system to play your own music
- electricity
The Audio Visual Equipment fee covers the hire of:
- hi-spec ceiling mounted laser projector
- 4 metre drop down cinema quality screen
- AV control desk to show screenings via a full range of inputs
Occasional hirers may be required to pay a refundable deposit in case of breakages/damage.
Occasional hirers may be required to pay a refundable deposit in case of hire cancellation.
OTHER HIRE
Crockery and cutlery, tables and chairs are available for hire for events away from the hall. Hire charges on request.
